Shipping Policy

THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR INDIA ORDER.

Processing time:
100% of orders are shipped within 1-15 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Our Carriers
We ship through shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax and E com Express for deliveries.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

BANK HOLIDAYS
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

We are a made-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. Domestic and International orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. For sale order, shipping timeline is 25 working days. We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed.

Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

CHARGES
The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free for orders above INR 5000/-. A flat charge of INR 150/- is applicable as shipping for order value below INR 5000/- irrespective of the number of products bought.


TRACKING
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with shipping agency's tracking page.

For a change in address or any other details, kindly reach out to us within a day of placing order. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us at contact@desifestive.com.

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. To fasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of a delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.

If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly refrain from accepting the package and take images of the same. We will refund the amount or send you a different package.

In case of return/exchange, the shipping cost for the return of the product to our warehouse shall be borne by you.

CANCELATION

In case you wish to cancel the order you placed, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. We work on made to order basis, and once your order is in production it cant be cancelled.
